  • Set up usually takes 1 to 2 hours depending on size of party. We ask that the space be open and ready for set up, and no kids or animals be in the area to ensure quick set up.

    Tear down the following day can take 30 min to 1 hour.

  • yes, we require a $100 deposit in order to hold the date, remaining balance is due 7 days prior to event.

  • unfortunately no. Our teepees are for indoor use only.

  • We will travel almost anywhere, however a travel fee will be charged for events more than 25 miles from 49249.

  • Cancellations 2 weeks +

    If you have to cancel or reschedule your party, your $100 deposit may be used as a credit towards a new event within 12 months of your original date. Or you may receive a full refund of the amount paid at that time.

    Cancellations within 2 weeks

    If you have to cancel your party within 2 weeks, your full payment may be used as a credit towards a new date within 12 months of original date, no refund will be given at that time.

  • set up of teepees will not be used in smoke homes (as the smell is very difficult to remove and unsanitary)

    there is a damage fee of $50 that will just be credited to overall cost just in case.
